πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manage website partnerships for automotive dealership clients.

β€’ Lead the vision and execution of website product offerings.

β€’ Quickly address dealership inquiries and resolve most issues on the spot.

β€’ Oversee product retention and present enhancements that generate both revenue and non-revenue benefits.

β€’ Identify areas for growth, upselling, expansion, and upgrades within the portfolio.

β€’ Cultivate and sustain relationships across a diverse client portfolio.

β€’ Handle a complete and/or complex account load effectively.

β€’ Comprehend and convey user challenges while triaging and prioritizing bugs and issues.

β€’ Generate monthly customer reports detailing KPIs, engagement metrics, lead submissions, user behavior, Google Analytics, SEO, and client priorities.

β€’ Evaluate, prioritize, and submit customer feature requests to leadership.

β€’ Share priorities, timelines, and deadlines with customers.

β€’ Utilize Salesforce to establish product backlogs, monitor cases, and assess team performance.

β€’ Supervise account progress and outcomes to enhance external client retention.

β€’ Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other inter-departmental teams.

β€’ Recommend enhancements for site performance, creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design improvements.

β€’ Monitor KPIs such as retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

β€’ At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency work, or automotive retail management.

β€’ Proven understanding of dealership operations.

β€’ Ability to work effectively with all levels within a dealership.

β€’ Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.

β€’ Google certifications, including Ads, Analytics, Video, or Mobile.

β€’ Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Proficient in customer service and relationship management.

β€’ Highly motivated self-starter who can thrive in a team environment.

β€’ Knowledge of Salesforce.

β€’ Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

β€’ Understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.

β€’ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

β€’ Ability to work independently.

β€’ Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.

β€’ Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for Mountain or Pacific time zones.
