This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and nurture relationships with a portfolio of automotive dealership clients
• Manage full and/or complex account responsibilities
• Comprehend and convey user issues while prioritizing and addressing bugs and challenges
• Respond promptly to dealership inquiries and resolve most issues immediately
• Conduct monthly customer reporting that includes KPIs, engagement metrics, lead submissions, user behavior, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and deadlines to clients
• Utilize Salesforce to develop product backlogs, monitor cases, and assess team productivity
• Propel portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades
• Oversee account progress and outcomes to foster external client retention
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other inter-departmental teams
• Suggest site performance enhancements and initiatives, including creative services, third-party recommendations, and responsive design
• Track retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy KPIs
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a comparable combination of education and experience
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management
• Proven understanding of dealership operations
• Experience effectively interacting with all levels within the dealership
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing
• Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.)
• Proficient written, verbal, and phone communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Capability to work independently
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST
• Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for Mountain or Pacific time zones
