This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage website relationships for a portfolio of automotive dealership clients.
• Transition client support from a reactive stance to a proactive one.
• Lead the vision and execution of website products.
• Respond promptly to dealership inquiries and resolve most issues immediately.
• Enhance product retention and present both revenue-generating and non-revenue-generating improvements.
• Identify opportunities for growth, upsells, expansions, and upgrades within the portfolio.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships while prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee a full and/or complex account load.
• Comprehend and articulate user issues while triaging and prioritizing bugs and problems.
• Execute monthly reports for customers covering KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and assess team efficiency.
• Manage account progress and outcomes to aid in external client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments.
• Recommend enhancements and performance opportunities for the site, including creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.
• BS/BA in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Understanding of dealership operations and the ability to collaborate with all levels within the dealership.
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
• Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in customer service and relationship management.
• Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
• Must reside in the Continental U.S.; candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones are preferred.
