This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage website relationships for clients in the automotive dealership sector
• Lead the vision and implementation of website product offerings
• Provide swift support and responses to dealership inquiries while resolving issues
• Oversee product retention and propose enhancements that generate both revenue and non-revenue
• Aid in the growth of portfolio applications and strengthen customer relationships
• Track and ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish and nurture relationships across a diverse client portfolio
• Handle a full and/or complex account load
• Comprehend and articulate user challenges; prioritize and triage bugs and issues
• Produce monthly customer reports that encompass KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities
• Evaluate, prioritize, and relay customer feature requests to leadership
• Communicate project priorities, timelines, and deadlines to clients
• Utilize Salesforce for creating product backlogs, tracking cases, and monitoring team productivity
• Drive upselling, expansion, and upgrading opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success teams
• Retain external clients and autonomously manage account progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other inter-departmental teams
• Suggest improvements for site performance, creative services, third-party recommendations, and responsive design
• Monitor KPIs such as retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy
• BS/BA in a relevant field OR a comparable combination of education and experience
• At least 2-3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency work, and/or automotive retail management
• Strong understanding of dealership operations with the ability to engage with all levels within the dealership
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing
• Possession of Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.)
• Excellent written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven customer service skills and relationship management abilities
• Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce
• Strong command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, website strategies and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Capability to work independently
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
• Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S., with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones
