This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage website partnerships for automotive dealership clients.
β’ Lead the vision and execution of website products.
β’ Quickly address dealership inquiries and resolve most issues on the spot.
β’ Oversee product retention while presenting both revenue-generating and non-revenue-generating enhancements.
β’ Foster portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships within a diverse portfolio of clients.
β’ Handle full and/or complex account loads efficiently.
β’ Comprehend and articulate user challenges, triaging and prioritizing bugs and issues effectively.
β’ Conduct monthly customer reporting that includes KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
β’ Evaluate, rank, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
β’ Convey priorities, timelines, and deadlines to customers clearly.
β’ Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, manage cases, and monitor team performance.
β’ Track account progress and outcomes to enhance external client retention.
β’ Work collaboratively with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
β’ Suggest site performance enhancements and improvements involving creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
β’ At least 2β3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, or automotive retail management.
β’ Strong understanding of dealership operations with the ability to collaborate at all levels within the dealership.
β’ Proficient knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
β’ Possession of Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.).
β’ Excellent written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
β’ Capable of working independently in a team-oriented environment.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce.
β’ Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
β’ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
β’ Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
β’ Candidates must reside within the Continental U.S., with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
