This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage website relationships for automotive dealership clients.
• Lead the vision and execution of website products.
• Address dealership inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Oversee product retention and present enhancements that generate both revenue and non-revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities for portfolio applications, including upselling, expansion, and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across a diverse or complex account portfolio.
• Comprehend and articulate user issues while prioritizing and triaging bugs and problems.
• Implement monthly customer reporting that includes KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, deadlines, and guidance to customers effectively.
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, manage cases, and monitor team performance.
• Oversee account progress and outcomes to support client retention efforts.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
• Suggest site performance and enhancement opportunities involving creative services, third-party advisories, and responsive design.
• Monitor KPIs such as retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy.
• BS/BA in a relevant field or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
• 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Knowledge of dealership operations and capability to collaborate with all levels of dealership personnel.
• Proficient understanding of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.) are preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Skills in customer service and relationship management.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
• Must be a resident of the Continental U.S.; preference for Mountain or Pacific time zones, though all applicants who can support PST hours are welcome.
