This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage website relationships for a portfolio of automotive dealership clients.

• Lead the vision and execution of website products.

• Address dealership inquiries and resolve any issues.

• Promote product retention while presenting enhancements that generate both revenue and non-revenue opportunities.

• Identify avenues for growth, upselling, expansion, and upgrades within the portfolio.

• Establish and maintain client relationships while managing complex account loads.

• Comprehend and articulate user challenges; triage and prioritize bugs and issues effectively.

• Conduct monthly customer reporting covering KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.

• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.

• Convey priorities, timelines, and deadlines to customers clearly.

• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team performance.

• Oversee account progression and results to enhance client retention.

• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments.

• Recommend site performance and enhancement solutions, including creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.

• Understanding of dealership operations and the ability to collaborate with all levels of dealership personnel.

• Practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, encompassing SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.

• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.

• Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Ability to support business hours from 8:30AM to 5:30PM PST.

• Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S.; candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones are highly preferred.
