This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage website relationships for automotive dealership clients.
β’ Shift website support from a reactive approach to a proactive one while leading the vision and implementation of website products.
β’ Respond promptly to dealership inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
β’ Enhance product retention and present both revenue-generating and non-revenue-generating upgrades.
β’ Support portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships across a diverse portfolio of clients.
β’ Oversee full and/or complex account loads.
β’ Grasp and articulate user challenges while prioritizing and triaging bugs and issues.
β’ Deliver monthly reports to customers covering KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and client priorities.
β’ Evaluate, prioritize, and communicate customer feature requests to leadership.
β’ Share priorities, timelines, and deadlines with customers.
β’ Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team performance.
β’ Manage account progress and outcomes to enhance client retention.
β’ Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments.
β’ Suggest site performance enhancements and improvements involving creative services, third-party recommendations, and responsive design.
β’ BS/BA in a related field or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
β’ At least 2-3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, or automotive retail management.
β’ Familiarity with dealership operations.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels within the dealership.
β’ Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
β’ Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
β’ Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficient in customer service and relationship management.
β’ Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
β’ Knowledge of Salesforce.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset.
β’ Must be able to work independently.
β’ Must reside in the Continental U.S.; candidates in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred.
β’ Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern.
