This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Manage relationships with automotive dealership clients regarding their websites
• Lead the vision and execution of website product offerings
• Quickly address dealership inquiries and resolve most issues on the spot
• Oversee product retention while presenting enhancements that generate revenue and non-revenue
• Spot opportunities for growth in portfolio applications, including upselling, expansion, and upgrades
• Establish and nurture relationships with a designated client portfolio
• Handle a comprehensive and/or complex account load
• Comprehend and communicate user challenges, while prioritizing and triaging bugs and issues
• Conduct monthly reporting for customers encompassing KPIs, engagement rates, lead submissions, behavior metrics, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities
• Evaluate, prioritize, and relay customer feature requests to leadership
• Relay priorities, timelines, and deadlines to clients
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, manage cases, and oversee team performance
• Track account progress and results to facilitate client retention
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and various inter-departmental teams
• Suggest site performance improvements and enhancements related to creative services, third-party advisements, and design responsiveness
• Monitor KPIs such as retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy
• BS/BA in a relevant field or a comparable combination of education and professional experience
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in digital strategy within the retail automotive sector, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management
• Understanding of dealership operations and the ability to work effectively across all dealership levels
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in customer service and relationship management
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform
• Skilled in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategies and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
• Candidates must be located in the Continental U.S., preferably in Eastern or Central time zones
