This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Manage the website relationship for automotive dealership clients.
• Develop and sustain a portfolio of client relationships.
• Oversee full and/or complex account loads.
• Address dealership inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Comprehend and articulate user challenges while prioritizing bugs and issues.
• Implement monthly customer reporting that includes KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, deadlines, and guidance to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and assess team efficiency.
• Propel portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades.
• Manage account progress and outcomes to enhance external client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
• Suggest site performance enhancements and improvements involving creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.
• Track retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy KPIs.
• BS/BA in a relevant field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dealership operations.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels within a dealership.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, or Mobile.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills along with interpersonal abilities.
• Expertise in customer service and relationship management.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
• Candidates must reside within the Continental U.S.
