This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage the website relationship for automotive dealership clients.
• Lead the vision and execution of website products with a proactive mindset.
• Quickly address dealership inquiries and resolve most issues on the spot.
• Oversee product retention while presenting enhancements that generate revenue and non-revenue benefits.
• Facilitate portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrade opportunities.
• Develop and sustain client relationships while managing full or complex account portfolios.
• Comprehend and articulate user challenges while identifying and prioritizing bugs and issues.
• Conduct monthly customer reporting that includes KPIs, engagement metrics, lead submissions, behavior analysis, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines while providing guidance to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team performance.
• Independently manage account progress and results to retain external clients.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and assist dealers.
• Suggest improvements and enhancements for site performance, including creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency work, and/or automotive retail management.
• Understanding of dealership operations and the ability to work effectively with all dealership levels.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.) are preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills along with interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
• Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S., with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
