This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Manage website relationships for automotive dealership clients
• Lead the vision and execution of website products
• Address dealership inquiries and resolve any issues
• Oversee product retention and present enhancements that generate both revenue and non-revenue
• Expand portfolio applications through upselling, expansion, and upgrades
• Develop and sustain client relationships while managing complex account loads
• Comprehend and articulate user challenges while prioritizing and triaging bugs and issues
• Deliver monthly customer reporting that includes KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership
• Inform customers about priorities, timelines, and deadlines
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and oversee team efficiency
• Monitor account progress and results to enhance external client retention
• Collaborate with digital and creative services teams to align priorities and requests
• Suggest enhancements for site performance, creative services, third-party advisements, and improvements in responsive design
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a comparable combination of education and experience
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management
• Familiarity with dealership operations and the ability to engage with all levels within the dealership
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing
• Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven customer service skills and relationship management capabilities
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience with Salesforce
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
