Website Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage website relationships for clients in the automotive dealership sector.

• Transition client support from a reactive to a proactive approach, driving the vision and delivery of website products.

• Quickly address dealership inquiries and resolve most issues on the spot.

• Enhance product retention and present both revenue-generating and non-revenue-generating improvements.

• Foster growth of portfolio applications by expanding relationships and monitoring customer satisfaction.

• Establish and maintain relationships within the client portfolio.

• Oversee full and/or complex account loads.

• Comprehend and articulate user challenges; triage and prioritize bugs and other issues.

• Conduct monthly customer reporting that includes KPIs, engagement rates, lead submissions, user behavior, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.

• Evaluate, prioritize, and relay customer feature requests to leadership.

• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines while offering guidance to customers.

• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, monitor cases, and assess team efficiency.

• Collaborate with Customer Success counterparts to drive upsell, expansion, and upgrade opportunities.

• Manage account progress and outcomes to enhance client retention.

• Work with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and fulfill requests.

• Suggest improvements for site performance, creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.

• Track KPIs including retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy.


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA in a relevant field OR a comparable combination of education and experience.

• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in digital strategy for retail automotive, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.

• Proven understanding of dealership operations.

• Established ability to collaborate effectively with all levels within a dealership.

• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.

• Possession of Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.).

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proven customer service and relationship management skills.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• High energy level, enthusiasm, resilience, determination, proactiveness, and drive.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

• Must be available to work independently.

• Must support Eastern business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Candidates are required to reside in the Continental U.S., with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
