This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage website partnerships for automotive dealership clients
• Lead the vision and execution of website products
• Quickly address dealership inquiries and resolve issues
• Oversee product retention while presenting enhancements that generate revenue and those that do not
• Identify opportunities for growth within the portfolio, including upsells, expansions, and upgrades
• Develop and sustain relationships across a diverse client portfolio
• Handle full and/or complex account responsibilities
• Comprehend and articulate user challenges while prioritizing and addressing bugs and issues
• Implement monthly customer reports highlighting KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities
• Evaluate, prioritize, and communicate customer feature requests to leadership
• Convey priorities, timelines, and deadlines to customers
• Utilize Salesforce to create product backlogs, manage cases, and assess team efficiency
• Track account progress and results to aid in client retention
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests
• Suggest enhancements for site performance, creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design improvements
• Monitor KPIs including retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy
• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, or automotive retail management
• Familiarity with dealership operations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels within the dealership
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing
• Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills, along with interpersonal skills
• Customer service and relationship management expertise
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Competency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST
• Must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for Mountain or Pacific time zones, though all applicants capable of supporting PST business hours are encouraged to apply
