This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Manage website relationships for automotive dealership clients.
• Lead the vision and execution of website product offerings.
• Address inquiries from dealerships and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure product retention while presenting enhancements that generate revenue and non-revenue opportunities.
• Expand portfolio applications through upselling, growth, and upgrades.
• Develop and sustain client relationships across a diverse or complex account portfolio.
• Comprehend and communicate user challenges, triage issues, and prioritize bug fixes.
• Produce monthly customer reports that encompass KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and client priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and communicate customer feature requests to leadership.
• Convey priorities, timelines, deadlines, and guidance to customers effectively.
• Utilize Salesforce to establish product backlogs, track cases, and assess team performance.
• Oversee account progress and outcomes to facilitate client retention.
• Collaborate with digital teams, creative services, and other departments.
• Suggest enhancements for site performance, creative services, third-party recommendations, and responsive design improvements.
• Monitor KPIs such as retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.
• Capacity to work effectively with all levels within the dealership.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Possession of Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.).
• Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Skills in customer service and relationship management.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, website strategies and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
