This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Maintain and manage relationships with website clients in the automotive dealership sector.
• Lead the vision and implementation of website products.
• Address dealership inquiries swiftly and resolve most issues on the spot.
• Oversee product retention and suggest enhancements that generate revenue as well as those that do not.
• Contribute to portfolio growth through relationship development and upsell possibilities.
• Establish and nurture client relationships across a diverse and/or complex account portfolio.
• Comprehend and articulate customer challenges, effectively triaging and prioritizing bugs and issues.
• Execute monthly reports for customers, detailing engagement statistics, lead submissions, behaviors, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to the leadership team.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and deadlines to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to develop product backlogs, manage cases, and monitor team performance.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success teams to drive upsell, expansion, and upgrades, enhancing customer lifetime value.
• Track account progress and results to bolster client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
• Suggest improvements for site performance, creative services, third-party advisement, and responsive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a combination of education and experience equivalent to it.
• At least 2-3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, or automotive retail management.
• Solid understanding of dealership operations and the ability to interact with all levels within the dealership.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient customer service skills and relationship management capabilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team setting.
• High energy, enthusiasm, resilience, determination, proactiveness, relentlessness, and drive.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
• Candidates must live in the Continental U.S., with a preference for those in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
