Website Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Design and develop high-quality, professional hospitality websites for clients using the in-house website builder.

• Oversee website onboarding projects and manage service delivery timelines across multiple accounts.

• Maintain records and task management systems related to website service delivery.

• Engage with customer profiles through video calls, emails, and voice communications.

• Collaborate with website designers to ensure timely delivery of websites.

• Assist with the scoping of website services and address inquiries from prospective customers.

• Investigate website issues and provide support, while researching and recommending service enhancements.

• Handle internal escalations and liaise with internal teams regarding onboarding updates and customer inquiries.

• Onboard clients and launch quality websites by adhering to standard procedures and cooperating with website designers.

• Utilize graphic design tools to create visual components that align with client branding.

• Conduct research and develop content to expedite website creation.

• Deliver customer service to clients globally.

• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.

• Stay updated on website trends and effective development practices.

• Manage multiple deadline-driven tasks efficiently.

• Participate in processes and projects aimed at improving website services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in Website Design and Development.

• Preferred 1+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Canva is preferred.

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Duda is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Background in customer service or professional services onboarding is required.

• Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor are essential.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence are necessary.

• A reliable internet/wifi connection is required.

• Must have current authorization to work in Thailand without the need for visa sponsorship.
