Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist new clients in getting started with TUNE and CAKE.

• Cultivate customer habits that ensure long-term success.

• Collaborate with the onboarding team.

• Steer clients from the sales handoff through training and initial adoption.

• Actively engage in strategies that support every phase of the customer lifecycle.

• Initially support onboarding projects.

• Gradually take responsibility for assigned clients.

• Facilitate live training sessions.

• Experience in the affiliate industry.

• Strong enthusiasm for training, including leading live training sessions.

• Capability to acquire new skills.

• Proficiency in developing onboarding strategies and identifying solutions that provide value to clients.
