Website Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a consultative strategy to design high-quality, professional hospitality websites using the in-house website builder.

• Oversee website onboarding projects and manage service delivery timelines across multiple accounts.

• Maintain records and task management systems related to the delivery of website services.

• Interact with various customer profiles through video conferences, emails, and phone calls.

• Work in collaboration with website designers to ensure timely website delivery.

• Assist in scoping website services and addressing inquiries from prospective clients.

• Investigate website errors, providing support, conducting research, and recommending enhancements for website services.

• Handle internal escalations and liaise with internal teams to provide updates on onboarding or resolve customer issues.

• Onboard clients and efficiently launch quality websites by adhering to internal processes and collaborating with website designers.

• Utilize graphic design tools to create visual components that align with customer branding.

• Research and generate content to expedite the website development process.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients worldwide.

• Address and manage customer complaints effectively.

• Stay informed about the latest trends in website design and development techniques.

• Manage multiple deadline-driven tasks under pressure.

• Engage in processes and projects aimed at improving website services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Website Design and Development is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Canva is preferred.

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Duda is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Experience in customer service or onboarding in professional services is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor are essential.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence are required.

• Reliable internet/wifi connection is necessary.

• Must currently be authorized to work in Thailand without the need for visa sponsorship.
