SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete onboarding journey for SMB clients, starting from the initial kick-off call to the final activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and implementing Connecteam according to their specific business requirements.

• Assist customers in achieving quick wins that highlight the platform’s benefits and promote greater adoption.

• Ensure that clients develop robust usage habits that foster retention and enhance satisfaction.

• Proactively identify clients at risk of churn and devise strategies to address their concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing positions - REQUIRED.

• Experience with SMB clients is a significant advantage.

• Excellent presentation and training abilities.

• Technologically adept with the capacity to rapidly learn and articulate software solutions.

• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

• Ability to excel as a team player in a vibrant, fast-paced startup environment.
