SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding journey for SMB customers, starting from the kick-off call to their activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and implementing Connecteam according to their specific business requirements.

• Direct customers towards quick wins that highlight the platform’s value and enhance adoption rates.

• Ensure clients cultivate robust usage habits that enhance retention and overall satisfaction.

• Detect at-risk clients early and devise proactive measures to prevent churn.

• Collaborate with small and growing businesses to guarantee effective adoption and implementation of Connecteam’s solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing positions — REQUIRED.

• Background in working with SMB clients — a significant advantage.

• Excellent presentation and training abilities.

• Technologically adept with the capability to swiftly learn and articulate software solutions.

• Highly organized with the capacity to handle multiple onboarding projects at once.

• A team-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced startup atmosphere.

• A positive demeanor, empathy, and high energy levels.

• Must currently reside in one of the following states: Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, or Georgia.
