SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for SMB clients, starting from the initial kick-off call to full activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and utilizing Connecteam in alignment with their specific business requirements.

• Direct customers towards quick wins that highlight the platform’s benefits and promote higher adoption rates.

• Ensure clients develop strong usage habits that enhance retention and satisfaction levels.

• Recognize clients at risk early and devise proactive measures to prevent churn.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles (MUST).

• Experience with SMB clients is a significant advantage.

• Excellent presentation and training abilities.

• Technologically adept, with the capacity to quickly learn and articulate software solutions.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

• Ability to excel as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
