SMB Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire onboarding journey for SMB clients, starting from the initial kick-off call to their activation.

• Provide customized training sessions to assist clients in configuring and implementing Connecteam according to their specific business requirements.

• Assist customers in achieving quick wins that highlight the platform’s value and boost adoption rates.

• Ensure that customers develop strong usage habits that promote retention and enhance satisfaction.

• Proactively identify clients at risk of churn and devise effective strategies to address potential issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing positions (MANDATORY).

• Previous experience with SMB clients is highly advantageous.

• Excellent presentation and training abilities.

• Tech-savvy individual capable of quickly learning and articulating software solutions.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

• A collaborative team member who flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced startup atmosphere.

• A positive mindset, empathy, and high energy level are essential.

• Candidates must reside in Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, or Georgia.
