📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery and strategy sessions to gain insights into target audiences, brand identity, differentiators, service offerings, and business goals.

• Formulate content strategies that guide the structure, messaging, and design of websites.

• Integrate SEO and LLM/answer-engine optimization into content development processes.

• Evaluate existing websites, plan content migrations, and pinpoint content deficiencies.

• Develop sitemaps, establish page hierarchies, create URL structures, design navigation, and wireframes.

• Craft unique, refined, custom-looking websites while overseeing the visual direction.

• Utilize AI-driven design tools while ensuring creative integrity and originality.

• Generate front-end builds using AI-enhanced development tools.

• Convey functionality and technical specifications to developers.

• Collaborate with developers throughout the implementation phase and review completed work.

• Showcase creative projects, articulate design strategies, and manage client feedback effectively.

• Maintain project documentation and status updates.

• Oversee multiple website projects while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in web design, interactive design, digital agency work, or similar creative production roles.

• An exceptional web design portfolio that reflects unique, refined, and contemporary work.

• Relevant experience in designing consumer-oriented healthcare websites.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare practice marketing and patient conversion strategies.

• Experience employing AI-centric design and development tools in daily production tasks.

• Strong skills in website and content strategy formulation.

• Familiarity with SEO and LLM/answer-engine optimization techniques.

• Proven ability to develop professional sitemaps and wireframes.

• Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Capable of grasping website functionality and communicating efficiently with developers.

• Strong client presentation abilities and consultative communication skills.

• Excellent written communication capabilities.
