Webmaster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance and follow-up for site owners and webmasters.

• Respond to requests and operational challenges.

• Identify and resolve incidents related to Drupal sites and implement workarounds to restore service accessibility.

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.

• Develop and execute corrective and preventive measures.

• Assist development teams with deployment tasks, release preparations, and implementation protocols.

• Oversee and maintain Drupal/LAMP infrastructure, including software configurations and hosting environments.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Drupal sites, identifying opportunities for optimization.

• Establish and uphold CI/CD processes.

• Manage development infrastructure, including environments based on AWS Cloud9.

• Control software releases to ensure compliant, high-quality deployments.

• Participate in architecture reviews, security evaluations, risk analyses, technical assessments, and technology evaluations.

• Engage in technical working groups and user meetings.

• Aid in testing, documentation, quality assessments, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Drupal.

• At least 4 years in Drupal hosting, web/Drupal security, and production support.

• At least 5 years of experience with Linux.

• A minimum of 4 years working with LAMP environments (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).

• At least 4 years of experience in Drupal deployment, including release and deployment management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with AWS, cloud-based development, and implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines for web/Drupal environments.

• Demonstrated experience in web content management.

• CV must be submitted in English.
