Webinar and Social Media Marketing Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and deliver captivating social media content that enhances the LOCALiQ brand and fosters meaningful audience interaction.

• Oversee and manage the organic social media content calendar across primary B2B platforms.

• Develop social content from initial concept through copywriting, publishing, community management, and performance enhancement.

• Spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of webinars and virtual events.

• Formulate webinar themes, promotional strategies, and follow-up actions to optimize registrations, attendance, and lead generation.

• Construct and implement integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and various digital channels.

• Track social media, content, and digital marketing trends to identify opportunities for audience expansion.

• Assess campaign and audience data to test, learn, and enhance performance.

• Manage and refresh website and campaign content utilizing WordPress and other digital platforms.

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and nurture journeys via HubSpot.

• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, offering insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to transform expertise and industry insights into engaging content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a B2B context.

• Strong background in social media marketing with a proven history of creating engaging content and enhancing audience interaction.

• Experience in planning and executing webinars, virtual events, and online content experiences.

• Capability to develop content and campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.

• Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviors, and content best practices.

• Proficient in using HubSpot, WordPress, and social media management tools.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret campaign performance and pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines and campaigns concurrently.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to translate complex marketing concepts into accessible, engaging, and audience-focused content.

• Self-driven and comfortable operating in a remote-first environment.

• Must possess the right to work and reside in the UK during employment.
