Executive Assistant to the CEO – Research, Outreach, Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, prioritize tasks, and ensure follow-ups are executed.

• Conduct research on family offices, venture capital firms, and potential strategic partners.

• Identify key decision-makers and create succinct background briefs.

• Compose personalized outreach messages, coordinate approved communications and follow-ups, and organize one-on-one meetings for the CEO.

• Maintain a contact pipeline that includes conversations, next steps, and meeting outcomes.

• Oversee the CEO's personal presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Develop content that reflects the CEO's voice and coordinate posts, visuals, and engagement activities.

• Manage social media profiles and enhance the online visibility of selected businesses beyond core operations.

• Monitor content performance and track relevant inquiries.

• Suggest practical improvements.

• Conduct research, prepare recommendations, manage projects independently, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in executive assistance, research, outreach, or business coordination.

• Exceptional writing, organizational skills, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.

• Capability to identify relevant decision-makers and craft thoughtful, customized outreach.

• Practical social media skills, evidenced through personal accounts, business accounts, or work samples.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting while managing competing priorities.

• Proficient with Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, scheduling, and social media tools.
