Executive Assistant to the CEO, Research, Outreach, Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Oversee calendars, organize meetings, manage travel logistics, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Conduct research on family offices, venture capital firms, and prospective strategic partners.

• Identify key decision-makers and prepare succinct background summaries.

• Compose personalized outreach messages, coordinate approved communications and follow-ups, and schedule one-on-one meetings for the CEO.

• Maintain a contact database that includes conversations, next steps, and meeting outcomes.

• Oversee the CEO’s personal presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Create content that reflects the CEO’s voice and coordinate posts, visuals, and engagement activities.

• Manage social media profiles and enhance the online visibility of selected businesses beyond core operations.

• Monitor content performance and address relevant inquiries.

• Suggest practical enhancements.

• Research alternatives, create recommendations, independently manage projects, and handle sensitive information with care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in executive assistance, research, outreach, or business coordination.

• Excellent writing skills, organizational abilities, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.

• Capability to identify relevant decision-makers and prepare thoughtful, customized outreach.

• Practical social media expertise, demonstrated through personal profiles, business pages, or work examples.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and handle competing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, scheduling, and social media platforms.
