Executive Assistant to the CEO – Research, Outreach, Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee calendars, organize meetings, arrange travel plans, set priorities, and ensure follow-ups.

• Conduct research on family offices, venture capital firms, and potential strategic collaborators.

• Identify key decision-makers and create concise background summaries.

• Compose personalized outreach messages, coordinate approved communications and follow-ups, and schedule one-on-one meetings for the CEO.

• Maintain a pipeline of contacts, documenting conversations, next steps, and meeting outcomes.

• Manage the CEO’s personal presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Create content in the CEO’s voice and coordinate posts, visuals, and engagement activities.

• Oversee social media profiles and enhance the online visibility of selected businesses beyond core operations.

• Monitor content performance and relevant inquiries, and suggest actionable improvements.

• Research various options, prepare recommendations, independently coordinate projects, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in executive assistance, research, outreach, or business coordination.

• Excellent writing, organizational skills, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.

• Capability to identify relevant decision-makers and craft thoughtful, customized outreach.

• Practical social media expertise, demonstrated through personal accounts, business accounts, or work samples.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote position and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Proficient with Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and social media platforms.

• Provide a CV and respond to the application questions.
