Web Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Foster engagement on Smartsheet’s online platforms by implementing content strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to design and publish web pages.

• Assist in ongoing website updates and larger web initiatives.

• Oversee and manage optimization activities for the Digital Experience Optimization (DXO) program from inception to launch.

• Coordinate Optimizely A/B testing and personalization trials.

• Take ownership of web page publishing via the Drupal CMS.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics lead to extract data and generate Analytics Reports.

• Monitor website user metrics, traffic, and bounce rate to evaluate and direct web activities.

• Report directly to the Senior Digital Experience Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in web production and CMS publishing (preferably with Drupal).

• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners representing the brand.

• Understanding of the strategic, creative, and technical aspects of website audiences and customer journeys.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of SEO.

• Experience with brand website content and operations.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is advantageous but not mandatory.

• General understanding of image and asset creation and optimization for web use.

• Ability to swiftly re-prioritize tasks and change direction as needed.

• Willingness to contribute to additional projects as business needs arise.

• Some knowledge of Website A/B testing.

• Experience in website publishing and content management (preferably with Drupal).

• Curiosity about all facets of Digital Marketing and product offerings.

• 1-2 years of SEO experience.

• 2-3 years of experience utilizing Google Analytics.

• Experience in creating Web Insight reports.

• Experience in developing chatbot experiences.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a continuous basis.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability.

• Proficient grammar skills and a desire to acquire domain knowledge.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Natural aptitude for building relationships.
