This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist an engineering systems organization responsible for the development workflows, builds, testing, and engineering systems.
• Oversee daily operations across engineering, product, and QA teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, triage, office hours, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog health, team velocity, capacity, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, calendars, trackers, transition checklists, action logs, reminders, workflows, and work-management documentation for sprints and milestones.
• Monitor backlog health and collaborate with leads and product managers to eliminate stale or outdated tasks.
• Track assignments, feature delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, blockers, and any delivery-related concerns.
• Produce user story stubs, tasks, and bugs in collaboration with engineering leads and product managers.
• Prepare and conduct meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, status inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Represent features and workstreams in release forums, facilitating communication among technical teams, creative partners, product stakeholders, and leadership.
• Coordinate partner commitments and inter-team dependencies.
• Support release readiness, track critical-path tasks, review release inquiries, eliminate outdated work, and monitor changelog items.
• Collaborate with QA on validation plans, test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, release dependencies, unresolved bugs, and potential release risks.
• Escalate decisions and issues that require resolution across teams.
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, product development, or production.
• Practical experience with work-management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, team velocity, capacity, and milestone delivery.
• Experience in coordinating projects, workstreams, or deliverables across various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical groups.
• Ability to facilitate communication between creative professionals, programmers, product stakeholders, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Capability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Skill in rapidly adjusting priorities and execution plans while maintaining a positive and productive demeanor.
