This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist an engineering systems organization that oversees development workflows, builds, testing, and engineering systems.
• Manage daily operations in collaboration with engineering, product, and QA partners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and ensuring release readiness.
• Monitor team velocity, capacity, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery commitments.
• Develop and sustain sprint and milestone dashboards, calendars, trackers, transition checklists, action logs, workflows, and work-management documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and product managers to create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs.
• Organize and conduct synchronous or asynchronous meetings, including preparing agendas and pre-read materials.
• Represent features and workstreams in release forums, facilitating communication among technical teams, creative partners, product stakeholders, and leadership.
• Work with QA on validation plans, test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies.
• Monitor changelog feedback, unresolved bugs, readiness signals, and release risks; escalate issues that require cross-team resolution.
• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, product development, or production.
• Practical experience with work-management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
• Proficient understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, team velocity, capacity, and milestone delivery.
• Experience in coordinating projects, workstreams, or deliverables across various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical groups.
• Ability to facilitate communication between creative professionals, programmers, product stakeholders, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Capable of functioning effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Quick adaptability to changing priorities and execution plans while maintaining a positive and productive demeanor.
• Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Experience as a Producer or Technical Program Manager within a gaming studio.
• Preferred: Over 4 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Preferred: Experience coordinating complex technical initiatives involving engineering, QA, product, and other partner teams.
• Preferred: Extensive experience with Agile execution, sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and release coordination.
