Executive Producer, Executive Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Cohere's strategic narrative encompassing Executive Thought Leadership, Policy Storytelling, and Corporate Storytelling.

• Collaborate with the VP of Global Communications on narrative structure, content strategy, and execution.

• Evaluate senior voices, including those of the co-founding team, CFO, Chief AI Officer, SVP of Government Affairs, and VPs.

• Create content playbooks for regulatory milestones, product launches, customer achievements, and IPO events.

• Work alongside the Marketing team to generate content for corporate accounts.

• Establish the production function, which includes stage capture systems, content atomization workflows, and freelance crew networks.

• Develop AI-enabled workflows utilizing Command, North, Embed, and Rerank for transcript-to-asset pipelines, automation of executive preparation, and ensuring narrative consistency.

• Launch executive stage content capture and distribution during major events.

• Streamline and systematize content production workflows with regular cadences.

• Produce flagship thought leadership materials and corporate storytelling outputs.

• Expand successful storytelling platforms based on impact assessments and team capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in crafting executive and corporate narratives from concept to execution.

• Ideally, experience within a dynamic, high-growth technology or AI setting.

• Proven ability to create production workflows from the ground up, including stage capture systems and content atomization pipelines.

• Experience in a fast-paced broadcast television environment.

• Proven track record of building trust and rapport with executives and senior leadership.

• Highly organized and process-oriented, possessing strong project management abilities and a proactive approach.

• Creativity in communications, including in formats, channels, and storytelling techniques.

• Capacity to navigate organizational dynamics and forge relationships at all levels.

• Ability to excel in ambiguous, rapidly changing settings and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in strategic communications, content production, and executive storytelling.

• Skilled in developing scalable systems and utilizing AI tools.

• Comfortable managing production workflows and adjusting content strategies based on performance metrics.

• Familiarity with tech/AI environments and knowledge of Cohere's product suite are advantageous.
