This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement innovative web experiences on Fleetio's Marketing website.
• Create and enhance high-converting landing pages and sales funnels.
• Align web projects with quarterly business objectives and the overarching growth goals of the company.
• Develop and expand the marketing website.
• Concentrate on web performance, SEO, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with company partners to plan and execute larger initiatives, from technical scoping to delivery.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Assist with ongoing site maintenance.
• Monitor accessibility and performance metrics.
• Work alongside teams in Content, Brand, Marketing, Design, Product, MOPs, Sales, and Engineering to provide high-quality web experiences.
• 2+ years of professional web development experience; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
• Significant experience in building user-facing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
• Proficient in dynamic routing, data-fetching patterns, and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR).
• Experience in state management and optimizing front-end performance.
• Strong command of modern CSS and styling techniques, including utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Experience in building and customizing headless CMS solutions and integrating them into front-end applications; familiarity with Sanity and GROQ is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of web performance best practices and their influence on SEO, Core Web Vitals, and conversion rates, with hands-on experience measuring and enhancing performance using browser tools and real-world metrics.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools, including Webpack configuration, loaders, plugins, and troubleshooting build pipelines.
• Experience in planning projects from start to finish, including technical scoping, estimation, and task breakdown.
• Strong proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows, including leading and participating in code reviews.
• A strong sense of ownership with the capability to independently plan, prioritize, and execute complex projects.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Product, MOPs, Sales, and Engineering.
• Comfortable mentoring other developers and delivering clear, constructive feedback during code reviews.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker who aligns technical choices with business objectives and customer acquisition results.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, including setting up and mapping events, tracking and analyzing data, and utilizing Google Search Console for connecting SEO insights to website optimization decisions.
• Capable of applying marketing objectives and metrics to web projects, including attributing MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact to development efforts within the Revenue Marketing framework.
• A personal commitment to staying updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in front-end development.
