This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.

• Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.

• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.

• Convert campaign data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical clients.

• Foster strong client relationships to enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.

• Proactively address account issues to ensure stability and promote growth.

• Design, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment booking.

• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.

• Review performance on a daily basis and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other critical metrics.

• Identify underperforming campaigns and devise strategies to enhance results.

• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative to find opportunities for improved performance.

• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging development.

• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.

• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.

• Address technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.

• Actively monitor tracking and lead flow to avoid issues that may impact client results.

• Report to the Associate Director of Operations and remain accountable for client outcomes, relationships, and retention.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong emphasis on Meta advertising.

• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and leading client-facing discussions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns towards specific performance targets while ensuring client retention.

• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred: Experience in financial services marketing.

• Preferred: Knowledge of lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.

• Preferred: Background in video sales letter marketing.

• Preferred: Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels.

• Preferred: Proficiency in direct-response advertising.
