Water Management Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Director of Field Services

• Provide account management and service support for clients within a designated region

• Serve existing clients by conducting water tests and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment

• Assist in the upkeep of Comprehensive Water Management Programs

• Analyze data related to microbiological and water chemistry

• Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries

• Conduct minor maintenance tasks on water monitoring equipment

• Take readings of chlorine, temperature, and pH on-site using testing instruments

• Collect water samples from buildings for laboratory culture analysis

• Mentor or train colleagues once fully trained

• Travel to client locations to service equipment and gather water samples

• Provide occasional support in additional regions

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in science, engineering, or mathematics is preferred

• Capability to learn the operation of equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidant levels in water

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

• Self-motivated and proactive with a "Can do" mindset

• Strong eagerness to learn new concepts

• Proven commitment to high ethical standards and promoting a diverse workplace

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while managing multiple priorities

• Proficiency in using MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications

• Candidates must reside near Milwaukee, WI

• Willingness to travel to client sites, including occasional overnight trips and journeys up to a 350-mile radius

• Capability to wear PPE when necessary, walk extensively at client sites, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds

• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
