Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure candidates have a positive experience while assessing their fundamental coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on candidate performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and problem-solving strategies.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and executing objective evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Outstanding English communication skills (both written and spoken) along with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Must have reliable access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection.

• Resumes must be submitted in English.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., with data structures and algorithms).
