This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Take ownership of the daily management of online orders from their arrival in ShipHero through to shipment.

• Track order pacing in relation to daily volume and proactively flag any delays.

• Prioritize the oldest and most urgent orders for shipment processing.

• Ensure that orders are accurately statused, allocated, and visible to the relevant team members.

• Oversee ShipHero order statuses, queues, batches, and workflow configurations.

• Resolve issues with automation rules, reprocess orders, and investigate any incorrect order routing.

• Identify warning signs such as absent shipping methods, allocation failures, and the need for inventory movement.

• Generate ShipHero reports on aging, blocked, and shipped orders.

• Raise issues that necessitate action from the floor team, including low inventory and the movement of products into pickable areas.

• Propose process enhancements aimed at improving operational efficiency.

• Required: Hands-on experience with ShipHero.

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, WMS administration, or 3PL operations.

• A systems-thinking approach to identify related failures in order and workflow.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak periods and product launches.

• A proactive mindset for problem-solving.

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Clear and proactive communication skills, including live escalation of urgent matters.

• Willingness to work hours that align with the Los Angeles warehouse schedule.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Faire and their order flows into a WMS.

• Nice-to-have: Experience working with or within a 3PL.
