Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility

• Secure brand partnerships for creators

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators

• Develop and maintain relationships with brands and agencies

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels

• Create content strategies for clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to expand strategy and talent roster

• Manage creator careers, audience growth, and content monetization

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote setting

• Knowledge of major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own goals

• Determination to accomplish tasks efficiently

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous
