This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation of the Treasury Operations strategy and set priorities, operational direction, and measurable results.
• Manage enterprise Treasury Operations, encompassing cash management, banking, payments, cash reporting, treasury controls, and supporting technology.
• Lead significant Treasury Operations projects and cross-departmental initiatives involving Operations, IT, and other areas.
• Champion the strategic roadmap, governance, management, and enhancement of the Kyriba Treasury Management System.
• Drive transformation initiatives that focus on process simplification, automation, data capabilities, and AI integration.
• Oversee corporate cash management functions that support business operations, capital projects, and acquisitions.
• Direct the investment of surplus corporate cash, including investment sweeps, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage enterprise payment operations and associated controls for wires, ACH, checks, positive pay, and other methods of payment.
• Authorize or delegate the approval of significant manual cash accounting transactions.
• Establish and track Treasury Operations KPIs, service levels, and KRIs; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Offer strategic advice to senior and executive leadership as well as cross-functional partners.
• Manage banking relationships, service models, vendor performance, and banking services.
• Oversee bank account administration and banking infrastructure, including signers, access, anti-fraud measures, payment methods, APIs, and SFTP connectivity.
• Set the direction for Treasury Operations systems, controls, procedures, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Create and execute Treasury Operations policies, ICOFR controls, and business continuity plans.
• Supervise support for internal and external audits and manage the resolution of findings.
• Coordinate Treasury Operations matters with Finance and Tax teams at the parent company.
• Allocate resources and prioritize activities and initiatives within Treasury Operations.
• Lead the Treasury Operations team, focusing on staffing, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, coaching, and leadership development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 15 years of comprehensive Treasury experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive management experience leading managers and multi-tiered Treasury teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Kyriba.
• Series 99 registration required within the first year of employment.
• FINRA Fingerprinting required.
• Capability to convert Treasury strategy into priorities and measurable operational outcomes.
• Extensive expertise in Treasury Operations, including cash management, banking, payments, treasury controls, and related operational processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry, company operations, and Treasury interdependencies across Finance and business functions.
• Experience in leading treasury technology improvements, process redesign, automation, and enterprise-scale operational transformation.
• Strong analytical, executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proficient in project and portfolio management.
• Technological proficiency with financial applications, SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms, banking technologies, APIs, SFTP, automation, and emerging AI applications in Treasury.
• Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop Treasury professionals and managers.
• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to function effectively at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
• Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation is preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Kyriba is preferred.
