This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage documentation received from insurance brokers utilizing foreign language skills on a daily basis.

• Conduct data entry in internal systems with a keen focus on accuracy.

• Recognize areas for enhancement and propose innovative ideas.

• Engage in communication with stakeholders.

• Assist in operations related to policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities, and associated services.

• Collaborate with business partners and colleagues throughout Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Dutch (B2 level).

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Prior experience in the insurance industry, shared service centers (SSC), or customer service is a plus.

• Capability to foster relationships with colleagues.

• Open-mindedness and quick learning abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Resume submitted in English is required.
