• Act as the second-in-command within the organization and the primary operational partner to the Franchise Partner.

• Convert the Franchise Partner’s vision and strategic plans into consistent implementation across seven Burn Boot Camp locations.

• Manage the people, systems, accountability, and business performance necessary to meet company objectives and foster sustainable growth.

• Cultivate strong Gym Managers.

• Set up clear operational rhythms.

• Recognize opportunities and risks at an early stage.

• Ensure that priorities are executed efficiently.

• Guide, mentor, and develop Gym Managers into effective business leaders.

• Define clear roles, expectations, accountability, and decision-making authority.
