This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +6 more countries.
• Assist prospective and current families throughout their journey with the organization.
• Lead families from their initial inquiry all the way to onboarding.
• Organize student placements with Executive Function coaches and literacy experts.
• Manage placements, schedules, cancellations, coverage, coach availability, and system updates.
• Follow up on unresolved issues, inactive clients, pending commitments, and other matters.
• Address client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Create and maintain precise client profiles and records for potential clients.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, events, training sessions, and daily operations.
• Oversee communication channels, calendars, deadlines, records, and administrative tasks.
• Act as an administrative point of contact for active families.
• Ensure that forms and agreements are completed accurately.
• Communicate scheduling procedures, policies, and next steps during the onboarding process.
• Track referral sources and keep accurate lead information.
• Contact prospective clients to discuss services and respond to basic inquiries.
• Monitor incoming calls, emails, text messages, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Follow up on intake forms, agreements, payment details, and onboarding requirements.
• Transition qualified leads from initial inquiry to active client status.
• Collect information regarding students, families, services, availability, and locations.
• Pair students with suitable coaches based on their needs, qualifications, location, personality, and availability.
• Must be available to work during CST time zone.
• Expected to make approximately 16 to 30 calls each day.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong availability and dependability during scheduled work hours.
• Reliable internet and power access required.
• Proven job stability and longevity in previous roles.
• Experience in education, client services, administrative coordination, sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and recognize when escalation is necessary.
• Highly proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional interpersonal capabilities.
• Strong customer service focus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfortable coordinating schedules and communicating with families, coaches, schools, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Passionate about education and interested in supporting students and families.
• Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when managing client information.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
