This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Execute real estate strategies that align with the strategic goals of clients.
• Support project initiation, define scope, prioritize assignments, and ensure compliance with client priorities, commitments, and milestones.
• Serve as the agent for tenants, buyers, and end-users, negotiating business terms for commercial real estate transactions.
• Oversee lease acquisitions, renewals, regears, property disposals, and acquisitions, focusing primarily on office and data center properties in North America.
• Coordinate the selection of field brokers, resources, and subject matter experts.
• Assist clients in reviewing and approving proposed team resources.
• Prepare project initiation documents, market comparable reports, RFPs, proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage sales negotiations through field brokers.
• Negotiate leases and lease amendments.
• Track lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Formulate strategies and negotiate lease renewals within established timelines.
• Identify and acquire new properties to fulfill client requirements and timelines.
• Dispose of surplus properties within specified timelines.
• Analyze and interpret P&L, cash flow, NPV, and IRR financial analyses.
• Monitor commissionable and non-commissionable transaction activity, prepare commission forecasts and vouchers, and account for client savings.
• Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion.
• Create reports and presentations.
• Participate in regular calls across various time zones and travel as necessary for site tours, regional meetings, and business needs.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, relevant industry experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with AI and large language model (LLM) tools, with the capability to apply them for research, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to effectively motivate and negotiate with key employees, senior management, and client groups.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Proficient and persuasive presentation skills on complex subjects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to participate in regular calls across time zones and travel as necessary.
