Vice President, Managed Services Organization – MSO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver executive leadership for managed services operations while translating organizational strategy into scalable operational services.

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of operational strategies, enhancing the growth of services offered to both affiliated and non-affiliated client organizations.

• Supervise managed services delivery, which encompasses practice management and operations, revenue cycle management, access and scheduling, call center operations, care coordination, population health support, IT and EHR optimization and analytics, credentialing, provider onboarding, as well as compliance, risk, and quality support.

• Set service standards, performance metrics, service level expectations, and accountability frameworks.

• Cultivate operational relationships with client organizations and provide operational expertise for proposals, implementations, onboarding, and service offerings.

• Oversee productivity, cost management, margin performance, service efficiency, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial performance reporting.

• Drive continuous improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.

• Build and lead a managed services leadership team, incorporating succession plans and leadership development pipelines.

• Collaborate with compliance, legal, quality, physician, and clinical leaders to fulfill regulatory and contractual obligations, mitigate operational risks, and ensure high-quality and compliant service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field (required).

• Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (preferred).

• At least ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.

• Proven experience in leading multi-site or system-level operations, preferably in medical group practice management, MSOs, or health system shared services.

• Capability to scale operations and provide services to multiple client organizations.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing complex budgets and operational performance.
