This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide strategic executive leadership for managed services operations and convert organizational strategy into scalable operational services.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of operational strategy, focusing on the expansion of services for both affiliated and non-affiliated client organizations.
• Supervise practice management, revenue cycle management, access and scheduling, call center operations, care coordination, population health support, IT and EHR optimization and analytics, credentialing and provider onboarding, as well as compliance, risk, and quality support.
• Set service standards, performance metrics, service level expectations, and accountability frameworks.
• Cultivate operational partnerships with client organizations and provide expertise for proposals, implementations, onboarding, and service offerings.
• Oversee productivity, cost management, margin performance, service efficiency, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Build and lead the managed services leadership team, including developing succession plans and leadership pipelines.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, quality, physician, and clinical leaders to uphold regulatory and contractual obligations while minimizing operational risks.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field (required).
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (preferred).
• At least ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Proven experience in leading multi-site or system-level operations, preferably in medical group practice management, MSOs, or health system shared services.
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations and provide services to multiple client organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing complex budgets and operational performance.
