📋 Description

• Develop AI and digital strategies for significant client projects, managing the opportunity portfolio from initial discovery to comprehensive scale roadmaps.

• Independently steer intricate strategy engagements involving multiple stakeholders, fostering alignment among executive, operational, and technical audiences.

• Construct and deliver business cases at the board and executive level, highlighting clear trade-offs, value assessments, and practical recommendations.

• Design and implement evaluation strategies to enhance the effectiveness, accuracy, and calibration of AI systems across client initiatives.

• Create reusable strategy tools such as playbooks, reference architectures, evaluation templates, and agent patterns.

• Establish AI governance and responsible AI frameworks tailored to clients' regulatory environments, risk appetites, and operational realities.

• Develop agent workflows, conversational interfaces, and AI-driven demonstrations.

• Act as a senior strategic partner to client leadership, fostering long-term, trusted relationships.

• Lead executive briefings, strategic planning sessions, and alignment forums involving multiple stakeholders.

• Set strategic delivery standards and establish effective working methods.

• Mentor both senior and mid-level analysts, enhancing their strategic thinking, client interaction skills, and delivery effectiveness.

• Contribute to business development efforts, proposals, and the growth of the strategy practice.

• Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues related to scope, prioritization, and strategic framing challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in management consulting, product strategy, AI strategy, or a related discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, evaluation frameworks, responsible AI, and enterprise AI operating models.

• Proven history of leading AI and digital strategy engagements from inception to completion within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

• Expert practical experience with AI tools for strategy development, prototyping, and productivity, including Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and Figma AI.

• Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, and AWS Strands.

• Experience in designing evaluation strategies and facilitating discussions on model calibration and AI system performance.

• Strong executive communication and advisory skills, with a successful track record of influencing senior leaders in both business and IT sectors.

• Experience in creating reusable strategy assets, practice accelerators, and reference architectures.

• Background in contributing to business development, proposals, or growth of practice areas.

• Proven ability to mentor strategy practitioners, enhancing team quality and expertise.

• Capability to build agent workflows, conversational experiences, and AI-enabled demonstrations using contemporary tools.

• Proficient in employing an AI-forward approach utilizing Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, and AWS Strands.
