This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the senior executive responsible for strategic opportunities related to the standalone Tax product and service offerings.
• Focus on targeting ERP and prominent enterprise prospects.
• Develop and nurture relationships at the C-suite and VP levels within HCM Payroll software platforms.
• Lead negotiations for direct integration agreements involving Legal, IT/Ops, and Finance departments.
• Oversee executive-level sales for high-profile and marquee accounts.
• Personally finalize strategic deals that establish market precedents.
• Represent OSV at industry conferences, analyst briefings, and partner summits.
• Advocate for the new business line internally at leadership and board levels.
• Shape the go-to-market strategy, set investment priorities, and determine expansion sequencing.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, IT/Ops, and Legal teams on commercial strategies.
• Establish lasting relationships and contracts with enterprises.
• Mentor and assist in scaling a broader sales and partnerships team.
• Develop relationships with 3-5 target ERP/HCM platforms.
• Secure strategic agreements with 1-2 marquee platforms.
• Close flagship enterprise accounts and build the pipeline for Year 2 team expansion.
• A minimum of 12 years in executive sales, strategic partnerships, or business development leadership, preferably in enterprise HR Payroll & Tax compliance.
• Proven track record in building and closing C-level relationships at scale, particularly with platform/ERP partners rather than solely with end customers.
• A strong existing network within the HCM/HR tech ecosystem is a significant asset.
• Experience in launching or scaling a new business line, product, or market entry at the executive level.
• Advanced negotiation skills; adept at structuring complex partnership, reseller, and enterprise agreements.
• Possess a polished executive presence in boardrooms, industry events, and negotiations.
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll tax compliance and multi-jurisdictional regulatory complexities, or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
