VP, Senior Director – Global Head of Value Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives on both strategic and enterprise-level initiatives.

• Create persuasive and quantifiable business cases that translate Eftsure’s capabilities into financial results.

• Develop and maintain value calculators, ROI models, and tools for value discussions.

• Engage with prospects and internal stakeholders to comprehend current conditions, business challenges, and future requirements.

• Deliver findings, recommendations, and business cases to C-Suite executives, senior management, treasury, and finance professionals.

• Convert technical capabilities into clear, credible, and measurable business value.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to track KPIs, monitor value, and showcase post-sale value realization.

• Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and content focused on payment fraud risk and financial controls.

• Build and continually enhance Eftsure’s Value Engineering frameworks, tools, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Value Engineering, Value Consulting, financial or treasury management, or a similar pre-sales role.

• Experience preferably within the B2B SaaS or fintech sectors.

• Strong financial acumen and confidence in discussing metrics, risks, and priorities relevant to CFOs and finance leaders.

• Proven experience in developing ROI models and quantifiable business cases.

• Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence in presenting to C-Suite and senior stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and highly skilled in other Microsoft Office applications.

• Capability to simplify complex or technical platform features into an engaging financial narrative.

• Strong project management and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Self-driven, adaptable mindset with a passion for developing processes and frameworks from the ground up.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, QAD, or Epicor, or value engineering/ROI modeling platforms like Cuvama is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with GAAP, general ledger processes, and cash flow forecasting is advantageous.
