This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of and implement the commercial strategy for North America, covering both the US and Canada.
• Transform global objectives into regional priorities, focusing on industry and key account strategies.
• Lead and expand the North American sales team by recruiting, developing, and mentoring team members.
• Hold responsibility for achieving regional sales goals and establishing a commercial operating cadence.
• Foster pipeline development, forecasting, account planning, and execution.
• Enhance enterprise adoption within key strategic accounts.
• Transition pilot programs and site-level deployments into multi-site, fleet, and enterprise-wide contracts.
• Acquire new strategic clients through prospecting, industry connections, partnerships, and enterprise business development.
• Direct deal strategies, engage with executives, implement business-value selling, and negotiate and finalize important opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Business Value Consulting, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Assist in successful deployments and provide market insights back to the organization.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
• Proven track record of sales leadership in industrial technology, including areas such as industrial automation, robotics, Industrial IoT, Industrial AI, asset performance management, predictive maintenance, or inspection technology.
• Significant experience in selling to North American clients in at least one core sector: Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals & Minerals, Cement, or Pulp & Paper.
• Demonstrated ability in people leadership and commercial performance, including team hiring, coaching, and development, owning regional or business-unit sales targets, and achieving growth.
• Hands-on leadership approach with direct involvement in strategic customers, major opportunities, negotiations, and closings.
• Strong history in complex, long-cycle enterprise sales.
• Experience in constructing quantified business cases and aligning operational, technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Proven success in expanding initial deployments into multi-site or enterprise-level relationships.
• Understanding of operational and commercial requirements necessary for scaling adoption.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational discipline, encompassing sales strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic account planning.
• Experience in selling integrated solutions comprising hardware, software, services, and operational deployment is advantageous.
• Established network of industrial customers and strategic partners within North America is a plus.
• Experience in building a sales organization within a scaling or emerging industrial technology sector is an added advantage.
